We’re thrilled to welcome our newest show to the Ricochet Audio Network — The LadyBrains Podcast. The LadyBrains are:

Lyndsey Fifield is the social media manager for the Heritage Foundation and The Daily Signal. Born and raised in Alabama, she’s not your average Southerner—or your average conservative. A vegan health-nut who fights government-funded animal testing, Lyndsey is obsessed with personal organization, Ayurvedic medicine, fitness… and her basset hound. If you have questions about a health or beauty trend, she’s definitely already tried it and has strong opinions about it.

Amelia Hamilton is a mid western girl who writes patriotic children’s books and blogs on education reform. She has a Labrador named Virgil.

Bethany Mandel is a Senior Contributor to the Federalist, a columnist at the Jewish Daily Forward, and also writes for Acculturated. She is a stay-at-home mother of two toddlers.

In this premiere episode, the LadyBrains discuss who the media is running the “post-truth” world—and everyone is sick of it. From the Fixer Upper scandal to the Victoria’s Secret fashion show, can the fauxtroversy stop now, please?

I have to say I love the name of the podcast; and I love the name, “Virgil”, for a dog (maybe cuz I just watched In the Heat of the Night, again, last week, I don’t know).

I hope your life didn’t fall to pieces while I was away. 😉

Very good debut podcast. Any chance you could put up a link to that article about the stupidest town in New Jersey?
