Interesting. I like short podcasts so I will listen to more. Don’t know if it will become a must-to.
@roblong That was hilarious – well some of it…..I saw you on Gutfeld recently where the only thing I remember you saying was, that you ordered a really, really big Easter ham – translation:” lots of folks over for the holidays, not waiting for Joe Biden’s suggestion that we might be able to have a “small group” outdoors by the 4th of July (“Independence Day” – oh he’s so funny), hovering (six feet apart still, although vaccinated and masked), over a hot grill of weenies” ……..
Ok. I live in Florida – we have a ham too – and there’s lots more to go with it, so there…..!
Onto the entertainment world…… I don’t know what is being hocked in the “entertainment industry” lately, but if you have any pull before you retire, could you please try to rescue it – movies, sitcoms, all of it, from the wretched crap that passes for good quality entertainment these days before you hang it up?
We watched some idiot sci-fi movie the other night that had more famous people than you could count, but the story was crap. A total disappointment. And while you are at it, could you also rescue (no pressure) the advertising sector? Nothing is relevant to the product they are trying to sell – total stupidity – so there’s a market! Great ads!
The last ad that made me laugh had former SNL comedian Leslie Jones in it. She was watching her former self at the piano during the COVID lockdown – in an old robe with hair messed up (pre-haircut) and today, where she looks back at her old self and says “You’re a mess! And her old self says “everybody was a mess!!” It’s so funny!
Happen to remember the title? Or maybe who was in it? I wonder if I’ve seen it too.
