The Fox and Hounds

Like a two-man flash mob of International Men of Mystery you never know when you’re likely to get an extra dose of Delingpole & Young. We hadn’t planned on a show until the New Year – but with stuff this good you can’t stop it, you can only hope to contain it.

What brings our gentlemen to the mic? How about the mental state of Jolyon Maugham QC, the anti-Brexiteer, who tweeted about wielding a baseball bat and killing a fox on Boxing Day? And if that’s not enough, how about Greta Thunberg’s historic meeting with David Attenborough?

But, it was really the question of whether it is unconscious or conscious bias that has prevented James from seeing Little Women, especially since it stars a Delingpole all-time favourite.

    I predict that Greta von Thunberg will be institutionalized. Then the reports will come out about what detestable people the handlers were.

    Since you practically begged for a picture of my granddaughter, here she is. Go ahead, tell me that’s just another kid, you smug limey bastards.

    (That might be a CoC violation but, come on, I was provoked.)

    I’ve not heard of food recycling bins until now. I had to look it up. What will they think of next to make life more gunky.

    @8:48 – … completely doolally.

    Yet another reason London Calling is a can’t miss podcast from the ricochet network!

    I bet @taras knows the etymology of the term “doolally.”

    Be sure to arrange a meetup whenever you Limeys are in the States.

    Referencing your comments about Brexit being a ‘sure thing’ now, which is most probably the case, I would like to make a prediction to my British friends: There will be, at some time before all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed, some type of “Hail Mary” attempt to delay or even destroy Brexit. Like those of us in the US who have become used to the never ending efforts of the Left to destroy any due process under law or custom, you have in Britain the same sort of people who never give up in trying to force their ways down your throats.

    The Brits made the mistake of establishing a Supreme Court (in 2009).

    It has already acted once to stymie Boris Johnson’s efforts to move Brexit forward.

    Hopefully, the Justices will be intimidated by Johnson’s landslide victory.
