On Roe v. Wade, I’d like to point out the curious reaction of European leaders to it.

To hear people like Macron and Johnson comment on it, you would think that they also are under the misimpression that it has disallowed abortion in the U.S., and you would think they would be more informed.

Before the Supreme Court’s invalidating it, those two countries had stricter abortion laws than the U.S.

Now it’s going to go state by state.  Some punk rocker who lives in California says that he wants to move to the U.K.

But in California, the state allows abortion at all stages of pregnancy but the U.K. restricts it to the first 24 weeks.

Oh, in France abortion is limited to the first 14 weeks.  But Macron is deeply unpopular at the moment, so taking a pot shot at the U.S. might lift his ratings by a percentage or two.
