TBR = “to be read.” Most of us have a TBR pile, but some of us can get a bit overwhelmed by it. For this topic, Craig, Ryan, and Kyle are joined by a special guest: YouTube sensation Daniel Greene. (And now we expect him to put “‘YouTube sensation’ -The Legendarium” in all of his promotional materials.) Together they discuss not only their TBR piles and how they manage them, but also what it means to read deeply and whether that can be done if one is multitasking while working through that giant stack of books to be read.

Who’s vaping?
When I study why I read, it sucks all of the pleasure out of it. Overanalyzing is like overcooking. You all need to stop overanalyzing.
First time I listened. You all remind me of my sons. Not sure yet if that’s a good thing.
I actually enjoyed this podcast since (as I now know to call it) I have a TBR pile. Mine is actually a list and I’m
cheapfrugal enough that I get most of my books from the library. If I have to buy a book its because its religious or some other topic that the library system would not carry due to its unwoke nature. I do not listen to audio books. I just don’t have enough concentration and my commute is short. Agree with @patrickmcclure that you guys may be too much like my son. Oh and generally not into fantasy at all and didn’t know who Daniel Greene is but welcome to the Ricochet podcast family young uns.Generally speaking I don’t have fantasy books in my TBR pile. Fantasy books go down quick and easy. The books I need to read are all the smart people non-fiction books that keep piling up.
