Ricochet is the best place on the internet to discuss the issues of the day, either through commenting on posts or writing your own for our active and dynamic community in a fully moderated environment. In addition, the Ricochet Audio Network offers over 50 original podcasts with new episodes released every day.
There’s a party in the faculty lounge, as Professors Richard Epstein and John Yoo — along with long-suffering host Troy Senik — celebrate the 10th anniversary of the podcast. A few special guests drop by, but we still have time for all the legal issues of the day: the aftermath of the Trump impeachment, a Texas’ judge’s smackdown of Joe Biden’s immigration policy, efforts to stifle conservative outlets on cable news and social media, and the Supreme Court’s controversial decision not to deal with an election challenge out of Pennsylvania. All that plus a member of the faculty lounge dressed like a Star Trek cast member, a look back on a decade of the show, and a crash course in presidential speeding tickets.

Thanks for the 10 years, gentlemen. I’ve probably caught 98% of all the Law Talks, and they were all well worth the listen.
Good luck on the next 10!
Great episode as usual, gentlemen. Happy anniversary.
The Law Talk podcast led me to Ricochet, many years ago. I had been listening to some of Prof. Epstein’s talks at various Federalist Society functions, and upon searching for more material, discovered this podcast at Ricochet.
So the Law Talk trio deserves the credit for my enjoyment of this fine website, and the blame for inflicting me upon the remaining Ricochetti. :)
Happy anniversary!
Do we need to celebrate 10 years of Law Talk, and demand 10 more years? Not surprisingly, there is a 3 part test:
Putting 3 part tests aside as a theoretical John Roberts court wearing oven mittens might put aside a red hot issue in constitutional law of great and immediate importance to the country, we need more Law Talk.
Happy 10th, gentlemen, and thanks for the entertainment and enlightenment.
Even if you don’t come through with the Roman Law special podcast, the basic course reading list would be much appreciated. Perhaps Richard could write a short article about what to read and why.
I’ve long thought the ‘Teapot Dome’ scandal seemed pretty lame and would be barely a scandal today.
Congratulations on 10 years! Another great episode. Looking forward to your book, @troysenik.
