I assume you’ll let the dog poop in your yard. Teach the dog to poop in one place in your yard. It’s going to be such a pain to carry/direct the dog to that section and that section will have dead grass, but you know what won’t be a pain? Not having to search all over your yard for dog poops. And shovel a little path to that section in the winter where you want your dog to poop.
