YEAH! Been patiently waiting for more info on the engagement, etc. Sounds like MK Ham did everything right from not dating while making the girls a priority to dating the old-fashioned way. All the best to the LadyBrains and their menfolk. Just don’t get so busy that we will not have a few ‘Christmas Ham’ podcasts.

It does sound like MK Ham could write a pretty good Christmas Ham movie script based on her story. Her podcast description of their initial meeting and the immediate aftermath sounds like a pretty good pitch to Hallmark.
The interpersonal dynamic of woman wanting to hash out an issue right now and man wanting to retreat and maybe think about it for a while is very common. Focus on the Family has had many programs over the years on that dynamic.

My wife and I listened to the podcast today on our way to Florida. We laughed at how MKH first met her beau because I met my future wife at a pig pickin’ too! Been married 32 years, so there must be something in the sauce . . .
