Ricochet is the best place on the internet to discuss the issues of the day, either through commenting on posts or writing your own for our active and dynamic community in a fully moderated environment. In addition, the Ricochet Audio Network offers over 50 original podcasts with new episodes released every day.
Ricochet Editor-in-Chief Jon Gabriel and KTAR-FM’s Jim Sharpe welcome author, commentator, and happy macro-aggressor Col. Kurt Schlichter (Ret.) to discuss his on-air imbroglio with CNN’s Don Lemon, a world in flames, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2, Axe Body Spray, and the worst colognes of the 1970s.

Music is “Step On” by Happy Mondays, Photoshop by Jon, and thanks to KTAR for the kind use of their studio.

Love the show, but seriously guys know your audience…making fun of D&D players on Ricochet. There are more of us than you realize. Don’t make me get my +1 Mace.
I had an 18-month affair with D&D in high school. Even bought a bunch of albums by Rush.
Jon, I love your posts, but this particular podcast didn’t work for me. There was too much inside Arizona politics and similarity to an Animal House fraternity discussion after too many beers. Mr. Schlichter seems to be an acquired taste.
I don’t re-listen to a podcast very often but this one has some classic moments.

Mr Limbaugh is a musician?
As to the show, what a useless waste of 24 minutes. I’m done.
Coming off of lurker status to tell you I loved the show and it’s randomness. I’m also the one that misses Tracked & Targeted.
The unity ticket intrigues me. Too bad Bob Crane and Raymond Burr are no longer with us. I was running when I was listening to this podcast. When Schlichter mentions the hardy bowl of chili, I must have sounded like a madman running and laughing hard.
Can’t believe they left out Burl Ives
I miss T&T, too. Yes, it was immature and random, but it was also LOL funny because of its willingness to go “no-filter.”. We have plenty of substantive, mature podcasts here (which I also value and enjoy), but sometimes it’s good to just laugh! Anyway. I really like this podcast and am happy to have it on the roster.
I don’t…what is…what just happened?
Maybe you have to be a dude to get it…
I miss Tracked and Targeted also even though it blatantly violated the whole Ricochet Code of Conduct on a weekly bases.
Oh dear….the Fatty Arbuckle reference nearly put me in respiratory arrest.
“You’re locked in here with me!”
Thanks!
Please bring back Tracked and Targeted!
