    I don’t know if the following would prove to be true inside the USA or inside the Boston metro area.

    But people surveying the tax code in Great Britain have discovered that the residents in the poorer neighborhood communities throughout the nation pay a significantly higher percent property tax than those in richer neighborhoods.
