The liability of opening a small business is daunting.  My husband was sent a 35 page document by OSHA on how to safely open his small used car lot.  35 pages addressing one issue.  Richard had the virus right in the long run.  From the minute the government stepped in, they created a liability problem for others.

This virus called for common sense and an engineers’ assessment, and we got hysteria and knee jerk, sounds good policy. It will go away with common sense and calm assessments.
