    There wasn’t much disagreement in this podcast, which is fine.  There was considerable thoughtful analysis.

    BUT – Richard Epstein portrayed Sonia Sotomayor as representing a reasonable judicial viewpoint.  He didn’t mention that she is an unapologetic and unreconstructed bigot.  That fact should be mentioned every time her name is mentioned.
