    Thanks so much for your fortitude, Richard Epstein. You are quite the hero even if you turn out to be wrong (and I don’t think you are). When the negative economic waves splash like big fat slaps against the mainstream face of our predicament, the social recriminations are going to be massive. The rewriting of history will be immense. And the cursing. Oh the cursing. You won’t be happy about that, but you won’t be surprised.
