With oral arguments done for the term, GianCarlo and Amy discuss the arguments in some of this term’s biggest cases and review the successes of telephonic oral argument. GianCarlo interviews the legendary Judge Marty Feldman, and the two talk about the judge’s unusual path to the law, his friendship with Justice Scalia, and his time on the FISA court.

Great interview w/ Judge Feldman. I begin to think that Maureen Scalia is a real prayer warrior who was working overtime to aid her husband and the United States with her prayers.

I respect and like Judge Feldman.  The interview was excellent.  However, there is one thing that drives me nuts.  He’s a former FISA judge, but he literally says, “Some bad people did something.”  Doesn’t sound that different from Ilhan Omar.  Where is the outrage?  Where are the calls for prosecution?  Spare me the ode to our wonderful system.

How about asking him what he would have done if they had pulled this in his court?
