It’s Elizabeth’s last day on the show, and a week of big news at the Court: telephonic oral arguments, questions from Justice Thomas, and the “flush heard ’round the world.” We also discuss this week’s opinions (one involves Bridgegate, the other a sizzling unanimous rebuke of the Ninth Circuit), and Elizabeth interviews legal power couple, Jim and Allyson Ho.

Farewell Elizabeth. You have done a great job and I look forward to hearing about your continued work. Loved the Supreme Court Civil War trivia. I did know the Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. answer but other than that it was new history to me. Keep up the good start new hosts.

Also enjoyed the interview with the Hos. Again, it is so wonderful to hear from these great American judges.
