Gas prices are soaring all across the country. In fact, the national average for a regular gallon of gasoline recently hit $4, blowing past the previous record in the summer of 2008. We are definitely seeing this reality reflected in our bank accounts. So what is to blame for this and what do we need to do to get back to pay less at the pump?
