An interesting podcast, but what went wrong with your editing? You repeat the Hillary segment, the entire segment. The transition between the second topic and the third is really clumsy, volume is lost, back chat is heard, and then things pick up. You really need to clean this up.
I loved Michael’s ban on dumpsters, a great bit.
In terms of Hillary’s decline, anyone who has ever been in sales which politics is certainly a species of knows that when you don’t make a sale that it affects your entire demeanor. Salespeople tend to project current trend into the future. If your up, you are going up forever, until you not. When you are down you are going to continue down. There is no light at the end of the tunnel. When her polls were up she believed she had a clear shot. Now that she is dropping against Trump, she is seeing a replay of 2008, and it is sapping her energy.
Lazier about language. Puh. Like in the “good old days” everyone worked so hard at language.
Boy, am I glad to read that. I thought I had taken too many painkillers.
Thanks very much Eugene.
It is modified now. Sorry!
