Well, let’s see. We know that people have been attacked and sometimes killed, after saying “All lives matter.”

But, if nobody you know personally has been attacked or killed by BLM, you think it’s okay to go into a BLM riot and start yelling “All lives matter?”

    Good luck with that.

Ah, so we went from “judges” to “people” and from election fraud to some other example that has nothing to do with what we’re discussing. Your arguments fall apart with the pushback of a feather. Getting bored with this, but OK:

The truth is, you don’t know the reason those lawyers and law firms dropped out. Might be doxxing, although you’d think that if the future of fair and free elections were actually at stake here, they might have toughed it out a bit. Leads me to think that maybe it wasn’t doxxing. Maybe they looked at the evidence and said, “nope, not gonna be a part of this.”

They also could have reported it to the FBI as doxxing is a Fed– HEY, where IS the FBI in all of this? Tampering with ballots is also a Federal offense. Why haven’t we heard a peep from them? Oh noes! ARE THEY IN ON THIS TOO?

Yeti, given what we know about the transition four years ago, citing the FBI as a paragon of integrity probably isn’t your strongest argument.

    Just sayin’.

Yes, they are. Yes, they probably are.

You trust the FBI? Haha haha…. I’d trust Rachel Madow before I trusted representatives from that agency, and the higher up, the less I’d trust them.

    This is news.

The Trump administration is letting the transition to the Biden administration begin even though Trump is not conceding the election.  But formal transition to a Biden administration is now happening.

The GSA formally recognized Biden as the winner today.   Now Biden’s team will be working on the logistics

Trump announced the move in a tweet while saying that it isn’t over.

So is falsifying a warrant application in order to conduct surveillance on American citizens. Doesn’t seem to have motivated the FBI to lock anyone up for that federal offense.

In this thread I’ve compared the (D)/MSM acceptance of the Obama FBI/DOJ/IC Russia Collusion Hoax narrative which was was also based on the of claim of illegal election interference, to the current Trump Legal Teams claims of illegal (D) voter fraud.

In this instance the (D)/MSM believe Trump’s claim of (D) voter fraud is an outrageous head exploding travesty of a catastrophe, yet amazingly enough somehow the proven lie Russia Hoax election interference narrative lives on unchallenged by the (D)/MSM four years later and counting … not even an … “oops … may bad!”

While the Trump Campaign Legal Team has been clown show, and the Sidney Powell allegations seemed fantastical because evidently they were …. many of us who are still seriously pissed off about the Russia Hoax and the lack of accountability for the corruption are actually enjoying watching the (D)/MSM/NT pants wetting at Trump’s refusal to concede and continuing the court challenges and recounts until all Trump’s options are exhausted.

The (D)/MSM/NT will get their concession, but they are going to have to get used to walking around in their soiled panties for a few more weeks.

If nothing else, we are seeing our allies declare their abject gullibility. That is, the belief the FBI is free of political corruption, that Democrats only cheat a little bit but wouldn’t ever do it massively, even when 10 million extra votes show up for a non-candidate, and if we can’t prove it decisively -and right away – we should accept it like “adults”, that reporters and editors from corporate media are giving us the information straight up, and wouldn’t knowingly lie or mislead us, and that we should listen to them on how to get ‘em next time. Not. Gonna. Happen.

Folks, I am going to leave this thread now. And I’m going to stop discussing the election in other threads too. My aim was not to change anyone’s mind, it was to attempt to challenge people to provide evidence for what was being asserted by the campaign and by extension, Ricochet members. As far as I know, no one (including Rudy Guiliani and Sidney Powell) have been able to provide evidence of massive fraud.

Simultaneously, we have been having an ongoing internal discussion on how to best manage and promote the myriad of conversations on this topic, many of which were understandably emotional and heated.  We were looking for ways that allow people to make their cases while still adhering to some semblance of civility, balance, and accuracy.

For the most part, we try to leave the discussions to you and to not interfere. On this particular topic, I felt we needed to participate  and at least attempt to keep some decorum and not let conversations veer into wild conspiracies and personal attacks, both of which we have longstanding rules about. We made a deliberate decision to not enforce those rules to the letter from on high through the moderators. Instead, we engaged you person to person and tried to encourage good conversations that way. Was that better? Probably too soon to say, at least for us. My guess is many of you think we utterly failed while maybe a few others may think we did the best we could under the circumstances.

We’ll have more to say on this topic and where we go from here in the days ahead. We will be seeking your input and participation in that conversation. In the meantime, on behalf of all of us who work here, we wish you a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving.

I believe the only way to stop bad behavior by the Democrats is to make it cost them. You prefer moral suasion, God help us all.

Remember, Hillary‘s behavior has been greeted with acclaim, not obloquy, in nearly all quarters of the media. The Republicans can either accept being treated as second-class citizens, or demand equal treatment.

You seem to believe that the way to stop Democrats is to create bigger lies than they do and hope you can make it stick. I prefer just living in reality and dealing with it. You know, like an adult.

“Fighting” the results of a free and fair election (and yes, that’s what it was) is driving 80mph down the road to anarchy. You can let me out of that car right now.

You should have gotten out four years ago.

We can conclude from the above that @blueyeti is a living, breathing example of the people whom I condemned for urging unilateral disarmament on the Republican Party.

Democrats are free to delegitimize every Republican President since the turn of the century; but Republicans must never reply in kind, not even if they have better evidence than the Democrats ever did.

Oh, but @blueyeti knows this was a “free and fair election”:  he doesn’t need to wait for investigations to be performed.

Well, I am not so sure it was fair, with Twitter and Google and Facebook and the media acting as Joe Biden‘s publicists.

Nor am I so sure it was free, for a mail ballot is nothing like a secret ballot, filled out in the privacy of a voting booth.  Democratic operatives may have watched (read:  intimidated) voters filling out their ballots, or even filled out their ballots for them, in places like nursing homes and homeless shelters.

Given that the poor tend to change their addresses a lot, unclaimed ballots must have piled up around public housing estates in deeper piles than the autumn leaves.  Local machine operatives could then hoover them up, fill them out, and send them in by the thousands.

That would be true if those people registered to vote at each address, which probably didn’t happen as much as it would for other people.  But still, a lot of excess ballots were sent out.

Third Circuit Unanimously Rejects Trump Emergency Appeal in Pennsylvania Case

    https://electionlawblog.org/wp-content/uploads/3rd-trump.pdf

In a 21-page unanimous and scathing unpublished opinion, the Third Circuit has rejected the appeal of the Trump campaign in the Pennsylvania federal case challenging the election results. Judge Bibas, a Trump appointee, begins the opinion:

“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”

    . . .

The Campaign’s claims have no merit. The number of ballots it specifically challenges is far smaller than the roughly 81,000-vote margin of victory. And it never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters.

So, another one of President Trump’s nominees to the federal judiciary has ruled against Trump’s lawsuits.

Yes, I see lots of folks posting links from Gateway Pundit or Breitbart as if they aren’t propaganda. Breaking news: the are propaganda, they’re just your propaganda.

And now, here’s some actual news. It’s not slanted, it’s just reporting what happened. But you’re not gonna like it….

Pennsylvania Supreme Court tosses GOP congressman’s suit seeking to throw out all ballots cast by mail

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Saturday rebuffed a long-shot election challenge Saturday from one of President Trump’s top boosters in Congress, balking at his suggestion that it throw out every ballot cast by mail or designate the state’s legislature to decide who won the state. In a unanimous decision, the justices declared that U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly (R., Butler) and the seven Republican plaintiffs in the suit had waited too long to bring their lawsuit alleging that the 2019 law, passed by the state’s GOP-controlled legislature, which created no-excuse mail voting in the state for the first time was unconstitutional and “illegally implemented.”

    And…

The dismissal of his lawsuit brings to an end all legal challenges brought by the Trump campaign and its GOP allies filed in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, which President-elect Joe Biden won by roughly 81,000 votes.

In addition to Kelly, who was reelected this year based in part on 35,000 mail ballots, the plaintiffs also include five GOP voters from Erie, Mercer and Allegheny Counties as well as two losing Republican candidates for office — Sean Parnell, who lost his Congressional bid to incumbent U.S. Rep. Connor Lamb (D., Pa.), and Philadelphian Wanda Logan, who was beaten by Democrat Amen Brown in a state House race.Out of more than a dozen lawsuits filed, the Trump campaign lost all but one.

Rep. Connor Lamb

    (edit for space)

Well, congratulations then! Your guy Biden is gonna be President! He got 80 million votes! AMAZING! And there was no fraud, or no massive fraud, or something…

The guy who can’t utter a complete sentence, who didn’t campaign, who had ZERO  coattails in Congressional and Senate races, where there are very suspicious irregularities, both in the overall data and in specific reports, with every indication of systematic and blatant election rigging won.
So your position is – let me get this straight- that since nothing has been sufficiently proven to you and to partisan Democrats, I – and about 60 million other Americans – am engaging in wild speculation and false assumptions. They are all reading Brietbart and Gateway, and unlike you, couldn’t possibly have simple common sense and BS-detecting skills.

There remain many unproven accusations. I imagine that since OJ was acquitted, it’s unproven that he killed Nicole and Ron. It’s unproven that there was an Armenian genocide. It’s unproven that Epstein didn’t kill himself. Pure conspiracy theory! It’s unproven that the intel agencies spied on the Trump campaign. It’s unproven that you have an IQ over 115. Or that mine is over 114, but sometimes things are obvious. That’s where you give your partisanship away.

“The Kraken” is the nickname of the 305th Military Intelligence battalion. Don’t concern yourself with why that might be important. That is all. Go about your business.
