I hate boomers too, and I’m a boomer myself. They are all just a bunch of smelly hippies.
I’m technically a tail-end Boomer (1964). In the 1980s I thought the line was 1962 and gleefully mocked the hippie crowd. Still irked they moved the goalposts to put me in their company.
I’ve seen the “Generation Jones” explanation of how late-stage Boomers, especially oldest children raised by the pre-boomers, are not temperamentally Boomers. Raised on Schoolhouse Rock and 70s cartoons, the 60s didn’t do much for me aside from that moon landing.
