    Really, Erick?*

I don’t question here the validity of Stormy’s claim, but you have to know that nuisance suits are settled every day that include an exchange of money for a signed contract of non-disclosure. The more powerful the person or company, the more claims are made and you also know many of the claims are false, but the accused understands that it’s cheaper to settle than bring to trial. Just like an individual accused of a crime chooses to plead guilty to a lesser sentence rather than bring on more financial and personal ruin through the trial process.

*edited as I thought I was still in the Michael Graham podcast. He’s quite a bit more outrageous.
