The unconstitutional act by Biden that Erick talks about here reminds of when George W. Bush signed a campaign finance “reform” bill while acknowledging that it was probably unconstitutional.
And, if the Supreme Court ignores the Constitution and makes stuff up, why shouldn’t the President? (leaving aside of course that what Biden did was stupid on other grounds).
