Pausing a moment to address Mr. Hayes around the 55 minute mark. The problem with Gorsuch’s decision isn’t that I don’t like the outcome, it’s that he decided it wrong. The objection is a process objection; which is why I find it baffling that you’re then looking to explain to those of us who don’t like the decision the importance of process.
