    Perhaps Jonah and David didn’t notice and that’s why they didn’t mention, but that was Billy Bob Thornton playing the dealer Kurt Russell slapped around.

    As for re-watchables, any of Sergio Leone’s spaghetti westerns, Let It Ride, The Ice Pirates, 300, just about any Bond movie. That’s enough for me now or else I’ll be writing all night.

    Sounds like everyone is downplaying the biggest political scandal in American history.

    Trump is too stupid to “collude” with the Russians in any way that would influence an election. His son took a stupid meeting, Trump said some stupid stuff and he appointed some questionable people like Flynn and Manafort. That’s it for Trump. Obama and the Democrats had very little interest in pursuing Russian interference until Trump beat Hillary. Flynn may have been worth a look but the way they did it should terrify every right thinking American. Of course the Russians did their best to interfere in the election. It is what they do!

    It is far worse than downplaying;

    I’m not a reader of either the Dispatch or the Bulwark so it is possible the Bulwark and Kristol are simply black out drunk in their derangement while the Dispatch folks are able to maintain a comfortable derangement buzz.

    But don’t worry even the Dispatchers are on the case and should have this Obamagate thing nailed down any day now:

    Trump also doesn’t have the impulse control to have hidden any collusion with Putin — he would have been taunting Hillary and the media with it no later than 24 hours after the election on 11/8/16 because he loves to win public feuds with people more than just about anything else, even when getting into a public spat is counterproductive to his own self-interests. To assume he could have gone 3 1/2 days, let alone 3 1/2 years without at some point opening his mouth or his Twitter feed about his smartest-ever strategy to get Russia to help beat Hillary goes against everything people know about Donald Trump over the past 40-plus years. To believe the alternative, either Trump truly is a genius of deception and obfuscation in keeping any smoking gun from Mueller, Schiff and the entirety of the national media, or all those people are such incompetent bumbling oafs they couldn’t outwit a nitwit like Trump, and I don’t think any of them will cop to that.

    Here we go with the Russians helping Trump win again. They sure got a lot for their $50,000. And were they really trying to help him win or just stir to things up (I’m pretty sure it’s the later). I mean, Hillary gave them an ‘Easy Button’ for crying out loud.

    Also, if someone has dirt on your political opponent, especially if you are running for President, aren’t you obligated to try to get it, because not exposing it is a disservice to the public? Even if you had to get said dirt from say the CCP?
