Why do we have to replace the WHO with something? I mean, I know why the current model isn’t cutting it; if we ditch, then why do we need to replace it at all?
The Trump administration has not filled, or taken a very long time, to fill a lot of appointments. The bureaucracy, or Deep State, or international organizations, cannot be changed if Trump does not put his people in place. It costs a trivial amount money to have an appointee in place. Appointees are the pumps needed to drain the swamp.
And in navigating appointments that require Senate confirmation, the administration has been hampered like no other in the process by Democrat stalling. Trump and McConnell have decided to focus on judicial appointments, which is understandable.
