Ricochet is the best place on the internet to discuss the issues of the day, either through commenting on posts or writing your own for our active and dynamic community in a fully moderated environment. In addition, the Ricochet Audio Network offers over 50 original podcasts with new episodes released every day.
Lanhee is joined by long-time election lawyer Ben Ginsberg to talk about what could (but probably won’t) go wrong in this year’s election. They talk about everything from ballot harvesting to recounts in a effort to help us understand what is likely to transpire in the last two weeks before Election Day, and beyond.

Thank you for this informative discussion.
In PA, you don’t have to provide identification to vote – let alone with what happens with mail in voting. Now, we fully expect lots of postmarked after the election ballots to show up – all above board – because nobody was able to document that anything went wrong.
Give me a break, nobody will be able to prove if anything was not done properly. I cannot understand why providing an ID to either vote or get your absentee/mail in vote should be such a big ask.
