In the first of the week’s Commentary podcasts–assuming the hosts can dig out of the snow cataclysm barreling down on the Northeast–Donald Trump’s detractors suffer from acute memory loss. The president’s “unprecedented” dismissal of Obama-appointed prosecutors was anything but. Also, the hosts dig into racially controversial comments from Representative Steve King and how they reflect on his supporters. Give a listen.

This is a Commentary podcast right?  The title doesn’t say so.

Guys, you lost me on this one when you went from ‘Rep King is an idiot’ to ‘all people who claim to be concerned about illegal immigration are REALLY flat out immigration restrictionists and this King comment somehow illuminates it’.

No.  My wanting immigration law enforced and a move from chain migration to skills based migration (like most developed countries) does not mean I am afraid of foreign babies or their parents – but I agree that Rep King’s comment is pretty stupid.

Hope you got the magazine out.
