The Burbs are blue. It’s where all the college lefties from the mid to late 90s on moved after making their money in the city. But they like the lifestyle but want to keep their aura of still being nice.
What our critics have never gotten a good game plan about is the media’s ultimate stigmatization of Democrats are “Good” and Republicans are “Bad.” For all of the talk of Ben Sasse being a good person with a decent heart and the right policy ideas, he will be branded a racist and Hitler too if he is nominated. The media will not be punished, and as we’ve seen, they are rewarded with book deals for this kind of nonsense.
And we’ll just look on flummoxed and say we need to communicate better, when the whole point is only right wing outlets will communicate anything positive for us.
