Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a hilariously bad response to NBC’s Lester Holt when she was asked why she hadn’t visited the border yet amid her efforts to oversee the ongoing border crisis. The episode adds to the mounting evidence suggesting that Harris is not great at politics.

    Maladroit! Word of the day!

10% GDP growth? Where do you get that idea from? I see no evidence of actual growth at all. All the news is shortages, inflation, and business closures. Where is the growth hiding in those headlines?

You point out that Kamala Harris’ recent speech in Guatemala did not get the same negative media response as Jeff Session’s comments of a few years back. In both cases, the message to potential illegal immigrants was “Don’t come, because we will not let you in.”

I think the difference is that nobody believes Kamala Harris. To quote one of the many quotable lines from the television show Veep, “I assumed you knew I was lying.”

They all assume they’re always lying. Thats why Obama got no drama over his deeply held religious stance on marriage. Which suddenly changed once he was no longer eligible for re-election.
