I would be in favor of a ‘forced vote’ if “none of the above” is added to the ballot.
If “none of the above” wins – there will be a run off election, but no candidate on the ballot may participate…
I’d pay good money to see the Vulcan nerve pinch applied to a number of politicians, Harris certainly among them. They need to work this into the debate refereeing.
