Did Nancy Pelosi make a mistake by rejecting two more pro-Trump Republicans from the January 6 commission? Or is she once again making a strategic blunder? Also, inflation has become one of voters’ primary concerns, and the threat it represents to Democrats is growing.

Russia may be a second rate economic power, but they still have the nukes and a more significant military then any of their neighbors save for China, and that counts for a lot.
How can you political geniuses think Pelosi’s Jan. 6 commission has any intent to get to the truth of what happened including answering why Pelosi denied extra security and explaining the FBI’s involvement? The intent is clearly to smear Trump.
The entire discussion was based upon the premise that the only issues to be reviewed relate to Trump’s invovlment or his failure to act in light of the demonstrations. The participants apparently believe that Reps Jordan and Banks some purpose would to act as clowns to disrupted or otherwise subvert the commission. It apparently never occurred to them that Reps Jordan or Banks might have raised legitimate questions that the Speaker would not want to address. I enjoy this podcast; however from time to time it can be very frustrating.
I couldn’t listen for long. The idea that these people are on the same ‘side’ as I am is distressing. Whoever they are for I should probably be against. Certainly in the primaries Then again I’m not sure they aren’t working for Democrats perpetually. That’s the result regardless of their labyrinthine motivations.
I don’t know which side they are on, but as political prognosticators and analysts they are among the worst in their business.
