What do the three of you think of changing the allocation rules for delegates to the Republican convention to proportional instead of winner take all by congressional district and/or winner take all by statewide vote?  Trump was able to win all 50 delegates in South Carolina by winning only 32 percent of the vote.  Similarly, in Florida, Trump won all the delegates by winning about 46 percent of the vote.  The Democrats use superdelegates.  But Democrats also use proportional allocation, with a 15 percent threshold.  Perhaps the proportional allocation method if more  important and necessary than the superdelegates.
