The Democratic Party should be on a roll, but it doesn’t seem to be benefiting from the government shutdown, some of its hot young stars are getting into trouble on anti-Semitism grounds, and the rollouts of its presidential contenders have been rocky. We talk about that and about Christine Rosen’s important February COMMENTARY article, “The Psychological War on Masculinity.” Give a listen.

The point that he’s not young is well taken, but Beto is two years younger than Ted, not two years older.  Unless Wikipedia is writing fake birthdates, he was born in 1972, and Ted was born in 1970.

I think your episodes are often better when you are simply informative and avoid most of the current event and Trump hysteria.

Is it just a problem with my download, or did something weird happen with the audio about two-thirds of the way through?

    Yes!  Please fix.

Also the volume on Christine’s microphone is turned way up, like commercials are often louder.
