The solution is to have mask passports. In order to wear a face covering in public, you must have documentation issued by a government doctor stating you are medically required to wear a mask. This will be in effect at all times, except for October 31.
The people who advocate masking children remind me of anti-vaxers who are afraid of side effects. They don’t understand odds.
