good point on it being bizarre that Biden ranted about no leader in the world wants to be the leader of China. China has a population united by nationalism. It is the US, with large ethnic groups which have diminishing regard and interest in each other, which is a country that presents headaches to its leader class.
There is a big picture world trends liberal commentator on YouTube who is making the case that China is doomed because of its rapidly aging population and very low birth rate. My guess is that policy democrats are in complete agreement and follow this channel.
