Today’s podcast notes the $400 billion cost of Joe Biden’s student debt “forgiveness” program and notes the irony of a supposedly progressive party favoring the well-to-do at the expense of the poor. Then there’s the comic denouement of Joe Manchin’s career and the approaching hurricane horror in Florida. Give a listen.

I will second @GlennAmurgis: however politically intense Governor DeSantis might be, he showed real courage and leadership in his handling of COVID, for which he was roundly castigated by the press. His willingness to confer with experts like Dr. Jay Battacharya–and his readiness to take their advice–showed intelligence and independence of mind as well.
