Trump, The Elites, and The Deplorables

Victor Davis Hanson joins the City Journal podcast to talk with Aaron Renn about the 2016 election, the divide between rural and urban America, and how a life-long New Yorker came to lead a movement of “deplorables” all the way to the White House.

Great podcast. Victor Davis Hanson is such a great interview. His thoughts on President Trump are very provocative and different. I don’t always fully understand President Trump, VDH helps clarify the issue. I enjoy writers and thinkers who try to understand President Trump rather than just criticize him because of how off beat he is.
