To the PTB at Richochet: I think this is the wrong label for this podcast. Something like Nuclear Power and Nuclear Proliferation would be more accurate.
Very disappointing. Dismissing the debate on nuclear technologies is like saying there is no difference between running a neighborhood generator on natural gas or on bunker oil.
