With public impeachment hearings starting on Capitol Hill, it’s time to look at what the witnesses actually said in those secret Democratic depositions. The star of the show, whenever he is scheduled to testify, will be Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman. The National Security Council staffer showed up in full dress uniform — the first witness who actually heard the Trump-Zelensky call — and was celebrated in the press. But it turned out his performance in the deposition was a bit different from all that glowing media coverage. Let’s take a look inside…

Excellent podcast, as always! It was enlightening and prescient and I so appreciate Byron’s low-key style. Thank you!

Let’s see, as a military officer, didn’t Vindman swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution? Who does the Constitution give power over foreign policy? The President? Oh, then why is Vindman violating his oath to the US Constitution?

Excellent podcast and discussion of the situation as usual. Mr. York is usually as good, if not better, interview than those he gets on. Still would love to see him get Margot Cleveland on to discuss the Flynn situation – or maybe Sidney Powell herself!
