    @4:50:

    I want to talk about a fight that underlies a lot of the fights we’re having and put forward why I’m on one side despite the flaws of the people who represent it and why I think the other side – despite the many good people on it – is embracing a very, very bad idea.

    In this podcast @andrewklavan needs to redefine “good.” (I’ve had the same complaint about @andrewmccarthy for a couple of years now.)

    The “good” people in Andrew’s discussion are elites who are intentionally denying the will of voters and intentionally denying individual rights. They are not “good” people. Good people – ESPECIALLY elected people – cannot be, should not be considered good when they act against those who put them in a position to do a good and noble deed.

    @stevehayward’s repeat guest (and my future wife) “Lucretia” makes the same point about Robert Mueller that I am making here: no “good” person – as Andy McCarthy continually assured us that Bob Mueller is – would intentionally ruin lives, careers, family fortunes in pursuit of a secret political plot that is backed by zero evidence. Same with James Comey. These are not good people. Same with the anti-Brexiteers.

    Thank God that Donald Trump and Boris Johnson showed up when they did.

    Another recent, great film about adult heroism was Hacksaw Ridge.
