My Woke neice has declared Klavan to be “the devil.”
She dislikes Michael Knowles more.

Drew,
You seriously think there is no fraud? Have you read or listened to anything by Tim Pool? Anything from the Federalist? I think even Ben Shapiro suggests there was (although maybe no more than normal).
The operative question is whether fraud can be proven in court. At the moment, as Klavan notes, fraud is not even being alleged or argued in court by Trump’s people at the moment. You can’t win on a basis you’re not pursuing legally.
I get that yes. I thought however, that The Klavan had said there is no proof of fraud. I could be wrong. But there are sworn affidavits about actual fraud. Yes? So … fraud, yes?
Likewise the examining politics podcast in the Ricochet suite, from November 30, includes Phil Klein of the Amistad project making plain allegations of actual illegal voting practices based on actual evidence of fraud.
Is that not evidence of fraud?

i read that Amistad is “unveiling” these “whistleblowers” … so not court testimony but is this not evidence of fraud? Not an expert, don’t even play one online but …
