This week on Banter, we’re joined by William & Mary Law School professor James Dwyer to discuss his new book, “Liberal Child Welfare Policy and its Destruction of Black Lives.” Dwyer, a self-described liberal, explains how the child welfare policies promoted by liberals have contributed to the intergenerational cycle of dysfunction in America’s poorest communities.
