I’ve got to say, I think stare decisis should be things decided at least say 30 years ago. Stare decisis for something decreed 4 years ago seems silly. Given that states were still pushing these new bills, the law was hardly settled.
I’m fine with the Doctors having standing. If it’s a question of fundamental rights I don’t see why we have to wait for someone to possibly have some cash on the line before deciding it.
Not that I agree with the outcome of the case, or Roberts in particular.
Worst movie I’ve seen? The Star Wars Christmas Special. I don’t regret the time; I seldom regret things in general, and I learned things from watching that septic explosion. They aren’t kidding when they tell you how bad that one is though.
Eurovision was … less terrible than I expected, and the final song was actually moving.
But the “no bad Will Farrell film” drops David’s Uber rating below three stars.
