DACA should have been thrown out because it’s unconstitutional. Prosecutorial discretion exists as a practical matter because of the impossiblity of prosecuting each violation of the law. Taking that principle and claiming it allows you to determine which laws ought to be faithfully executed and which laws can be ignored inherently usurps the legislative power and hands it over to the executive. This is wrong.
The BS about procedures is also wrong.
