Professor Eastman disagreed with the common assertion on R that the Trump team has lost 50+ lawsuits. In most cases, the courts have dismissed them without hearing the evidence.
Eastman is correct. Trump has not been the plaintiff in most of the 50+ lawsuits.
Which reminds me… 74 million Americans did not vote for Trump, it was more than 74 million…
74 million plus or 74 million + !!!
These cases have been a catch 22:
You have no evidence because evidence is being hidden and/or destroyed
You have evidence but it’s too late
You have evidence but you haven’t been harmed
You have evidence but it’s not material
You have evidence but we don’t want to hear it and work in December
The bad structure of this election cannot be resolved after the election.
