Oops, She Should Have Also Routed Her Calls Through Her Server

After years, Judicial Watch (a great organization by the way) was finally able to access records of then Secretary Clinton during the Benghazi Attack. Last month, their FOIA request secured this record of a phone call by Clinton the day after the attack. “S” is Secretary Clinton. In a call to then-Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil she said that the deadly terrorist attack on the US compound the day before “had nothing to do with the film.”

Clinton Lied

On the prior evening (September 11) Mrs. Clinton issued an official State Department press statement, approved by the White House, placing the blame for the attack on an Internet video:

Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet. The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. Our commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation. But let me be clear: There is never any justification for violent acts of this kind.

The 2012 presidental election was but two months away … Clinton lied. The White House lied.

It really is a serious question still, isn’t it: Will she ever pay any price whatsoever for being such a scumbag? I’m really wondering and starting to see the whole think as Kabuki theater where Obama looks into things, ponders hard and says well there’s nothing here really. We looked at it and couldn’t find anything that she did wrong. Nice try, Republicans but she’s innocent as a new born babe.

Foot dragging and sand bagging are easy to do when the media is in your same political party. I mean: who’s gonna seriously investigate this stuff?

Wasn’t this revealed by the Benghazi Select Committee last October? Regardless, this is an outrageous revelation and it’s shocking that Democrats simply don’t care.

Lying is a part of political life – sometimes the lies cost lives – I don’t think it will ever be any different.  Why is she on a ballot?

If this were a Tom Clancy novel, she would be the sneering, cynical president’s aide in one room furiously trying to erase all the incriminating files while Harrison Ford is in the other room frantically trying to download them. Incriminating files about who abandoned a bunch of Americans to die to save the President’s reputation.

In that movie it was clear who the bad guy was. Still he would have prevailed if he had deleted everything before Jack Ryan got the goods on him.  And he would have denied everything and claimed a vast right-wing conspiracy. And it would have worked.

Will it work this time? Did she just simply get away with it?

All the sycophants gathered around, telling the president and the secretary of state, and the American people, what they wanted to hear.

On September 14th, two days later, she repeated the lie to the families of the slain Americans at Benghazi.

“This has been a difficult week for the State Department and for our country. We’ve seen the heavy assault on our post in Benghazi that took the lives of those brave men. We’ve seen rage and violence directed at American embassies over an awful Internet video that we had nothing to do with.”

A lie she told for Obama’s 2012 election. And now, I am sure, she expects him to lie for her 2016 election.

When you say Democrats I assume you are speaking of the media, too. Otherwise, of course the Dems don’t care but this is absolute proof of the unprofessionalism of the media. They are Democrats and they won’t investigate, report nor condemn this stuff.

It should not be forgotten that Ambassador Stevens was in Libya so close to 9/11 because he was negotiating the transfer of weapons from Libya to anti-Assad rebels in Syria. On the evening of the attack Stevens met with the Turkish Consul General Ali Sait Akin, presumably to arrange the transfer of SA-7 missiles through Turkey (the SA-7 missiles went through the Turkish port of Iskenderun). I believe this is the event when the US switched sides. We were buying weapons from al-Qaeda affiliates in Libya and sending them to radical islamists in Syria.

That fact (switching sides and arming islamists) would not have been good for the Obama campaign just two months before the election, thus the need to blame the video.

So? We already knew that she knew it wasn’t a protest video. Her supporters don’t care, and the “independents” don’t care either. I guess its good for posterity, but it won’t be remembered once she becomes president. Too little, too late, I’m afraid.

The sheer cynical manipulation is not exactly new however the current resident of the Oval Office does appear to have taken it to new heights, the scale of it. Schooled in the cesspool of Chicago I suppose it should hardly be surprising yet it is. This is third world politics.

This type of local perfidy taken to the national scale is a bit breathtaking after a fashion. The man is certainly intelligent and skilled, unfortunately he is talented and skilled in a fashion which is violently destructive to a constitutional republic.

“What difference – at this point, what difference does it make?”

Serriously, HRC fans are worse than Trump folks.  Stuff like truth or facts are meaningless to them especially at this late date.  HRC knows that the further you get from the event the less people care.  That is why she delays so much.

    She delays and delays.

Then her allies in the Leftist mass media say “that is old news.”

Until the GOP goes on offense to completely destroy what tattered remains of credibility is left to the Leftist mass media, they will continue to get away with it.

I think that they suppressed any response on the evening of the attack so that they could use the “spontaneous street demonstration” excuse.   They wanted to hide the existence of the CIA Annex, because it was being used to buy black market guns, which were then being routed to groups in Syria that were not our allies.  This gunrunning was secret, and they (correctly) thought that it was almost exactly what Oliver North had done for the Contras.   They thought that, if they were exposed as doing the same thing as Oliver North, that the outfall could lose the election.

What continues to be so distressing is that this mostly became known with three weeks to go before the election, and Team Romney chose not to use it.

Those weeks after this huge and obvious coverup were very difficult to see what was going through Romney’s mind. I kept expecting him to wait for the right time and then come down hard on Obama. The first debate seemed to be proof that I was right but that was the last time Romney got up off the mat. He was pummeled by the media and Obama’s smear team and just couldn’t find that he wanted to win badly enough to do the hard work — it just wasn’t that important when it came down to it. McCain was similarly weak.

Yes, it was revealed on live TV.  And the near universal reaction of the commentariat?  ‘What an amazing job Hillary has done today, sitting there for 11 hours of testimony!  It all proves there’s nothing to these partisan attacks!’

But hold on . . . you’re shocked Dems don’t care?  How can you possibly be shocked by that!  It would be shocking if they did care.

The reason Obama won’t let Hillary be indicted for blatantly violating laws about handling classified information is that if he does, she’ll immediately leak the details of her discussions with him and his surrogates about the Benghazi video lies, which were concocted to save his reelection.

In fact, I suspect she’s got Obama on tape—or at least has Susan Rice on tape saying what the President wants them to do.

You heard it here first, folks.

But at this point, what difference does it make?  We have a choice between progressive tyranny, and unless Cruz can pull off an upset in Indiana, Trump’s nationalist tyranny.  Will Ben Sasse et. al. put their money where there mouth is and run as a conservative third party if Trump gets the nomination?  I am hopeful, but doubtful, as more spineless conservatives cave to the waves of popular support for tyranny sweeping the nation.

Republicans?  Yes.  Conservatives?  Only in the sense that I can claim to be any gender that strikes my fancy that day, and then say I’m doing something based on that identity.  There’s no one who can objectively be called a conservative that’s even thinking about voting for her.  If you’re thinking of voting for Hillary you are not a conservative.

Any sentient human knew immediately that the video had nothing to do with the attack and that they were all lying.  That there is more evidence of that obvious fact will not affect a single Democrat or anyone who gets their attitudes and views by osmosis from White House spin as lathered on by the media.

I think Comey recommends charges right after the election is over.   That way, the speculation about it is only partisan rumormongering and can be brushed off during the campaign.

Then, Obama still has two months to get around to signing Hillary’s pardon.

(I think; or, ¿can he issue a pardon when there has not yet been a trial?)
