On the Friday interview edition of the Daily Daily Caller Podcast we talk with co-founder and president of RealClearPolitics, Tom Bevan. We discuss the origin of the site and how the simple idea of averaging polls was a game-changer for them. Then we get into the latest polls for 2020, as well as whether or not polling is actually as bad as many people think it is. We also discuss how the current protests across the country present both a challenge and an opportunity for both candidates, depending on who asks first, and how. You’ll enjoy the discussion.

On today’s podcast we discuss the latest hate crime hoax involving NASCAR, how Nancy Pelosi accused Republicans of murdering George Floyd while refusing to discuss Senator Tim Scott’s police reform bill, and Scott smacks back at all Democrats for their hypocrisy on the issue.

On today’s show we talk with best-selling author and columnist David Limbaugh about the state of the country today. How has the Democratic Party managed to label itself as the party of tolerance while spewing so much hate? How can they claim to want to bring the country together while simultaneously tearing it apart? And how can anyone maintain their cool while people are cheering for your brother’s death? We cover a lot of ground.

On today’s show we talk with author and columnist Kurt Schlichter about his upcoming book, “The 21 Biggest Lies About Donald Trump (and you!).” As the profession that is supposed to inform the public devolves further into an advocacy organ for the Democratic Party, will the public see through the spin or fall for it all? We get into everything.

On today’s podcast we talk with Wilfred Reilly, professor of political science at Kentucky State University, about the state of racism in America. How did we get here, and where do we go? Has the conversation been hijacked by radicals and is there hope for the future? We get into all of it.

On the Friday video interview edition of the Daily Daily Caller Podcast we talk to former Army Ranger, best-selling author, and candidate for Congress for Pennsylvania’s 17th District, Sean Parnell. We dive into Sean’s life and how his desire to serve the country after September 11th became the driving force in his life. He became an Army Ranger and commanded a platoon in the 10th Mountain Division on the border with Pakistan for a grueling 485 days of combat in Afghanistan, receiving two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart for suffering a fractured skull in an ambush. He’d planned to make the military his career, but his injuries forced him into medical retirement. Sean decided to tell the story of his men, writing the huge New York Times best-seller “Outlaw Platoon: Heroes, Renegades, Infidels, and the Brotherhood of War in Afghanistan.”

No longer able to serve in the military, Sean was not done with service. Working with veteran’s groups, Sean became a novelist and, after a surprise public nudging by President Donald Trump (at an event in Pittsburgh Parnell wasn’t even attending), decided to run for Congress to continue his service to the country.

On today’s podcast we answer a listener’s email, which echoes a lot of emails recently, about the loss of hope for the country. Being down about the state of the country given the news lately is perfectly understandable, but there is reason for hope and things worth fighting for. We get into those. Then we talk about Illinois Democratic Senator Dick Durbin calling the police reform bill introduced by South Carolina Republican Senator Tim Scott “a token,” blowing hard the old racist dog whistle. We also get into Scott’s perfect rebuttal. Finally, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo sat for an embarrassingly slobbering interview with Good Morning America’s Amy Robach. She couldn’t find the time to ask about his order requiring nursing homes to take in COVID-19 patients, leading to the deaths of thousands, but did ask about his glowing press and poll numbers. It was gross to watch.

On today’s podcast we get into the latest economic and polling numbers to explain why neither matter, at least right now, no matter how good or bad they are. We also get into cancel culture and the a complaint about the race of Rice Krispies’ mascots, the banning of books, Boston considers removing a statue of Abraham Lincoln, an Australian brewery is being blacklisted because activists have labeled its name – Colonial – to be racist, and Planned Parenthood officially endorses Joe Biden, saying, unironically, “This is literally a life and death election.”

More

On today’s podcast we get into the Supreme Court decision expanding the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to add protections for sexual orientation and gender identity. What’s the point of legislating if the courts can simply create new or expand existing laws? We get into it. Tracers working for New York City will not ask anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 whether or not they attended a protest in the last 3 week, thereby negating the purpose of their jobs. Ripping down statues of people leftists don’t like has reached a fevered pitch around the world, and France is drawing a line in the sand. What does it say about American cities when France is standing up while they’re sitting down? And CHAZ has renamed itself CHOP, but their problems persist. We get into all of it and more.

On today’s podcast we discuss the inability of Republicans to message the concept of liberty and personal responsibility while Democrats are able to sell the exact opposite with ease. We also talk about the shooting death of a black man in Atlanta by police that led to some rioting, Hollywood is adding a diversity requirement for Oscar nominations while a bunch of actors make a self-indulgent video that makes it sound they they’ve been horrible racists for years, and a whole bunch of other insanity from the weekend.

On the Friday video interview edition of the Daily Daily Caller Podcast we talk with Philadelphia radio host, fellow podcaster, and columnist Chris Stigall. We cover a lot of ground and have a lot of laughs as we go through the news of the last few months: the pandemic, the “dangerous” protests and the media-approved ones, Seattle falling to the mob, as well as everything thing else that seems like it will dominate life forever, but will likely be forgotten in a couple of weeks. It’s a serious look at the insanity of now with a lot of much needed laughs thrown in.

More

On today’s show we discuss the surrender of a chunk of Seattle to the ANTIFA/Black Lives Matter mob, and how the Governor of Washington doesn’t seem to care or even know it’s happening. We also discuss the hilarity and futility of the mob trying to cancel JK Rowling, Nancy Pelosi is calling for the removal of 11 statues of Confederates from the US Capitol…after serving in Congress and having no problem with them for 3 decades. Then we get into what professionals sports are doing in preparation for their return, whether or not any of it will happen, and if there will be an audience for it.

On today’s show we discuss the disaster that is Chicago and how newly leaked audio shows city leaders cursing each other out during the riots, demonstrating the failures of Democratic leadership in the city. We also talk about the final memorial service for George Floyd, Al Sharpton managed to rant about Colin Kaepernick during his eulogy, the lies behind “defund the police,” and President Trump’s toughest obstacle is often times himself. We get into all of it.

More

On today’s show we talk to media reporter for The Hill Joe Concha about how the slow suicide of the honest journalism sped up significantly this week. From the New York Times to cable news, no one is even pretending to be an unbiased news outlet anymore. We get into all of it with Joe. Before we talk with Concha we get into just how insane the “defund the police” movement is and, in the name of social justice, the Governor of Kentucky is promising to give “free” health insurance to all black residents of the state. We get into all of it.

On today’s show we discuss the liberal media’s new push – that everyone is racist. MSNBC personality Ali Velshi declared not being a racist to not be good enough in the new “woke” world. The Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Frey, begged for absolution from a mob of protestors, but we booed away after refusing to support abolishing police. CNN ran a racism town hall featuring Sesame Street characters for kids, and establishment icon Colin Powell, who hasn’t voted for a Republican since at least 2004, declared his opposition to President Trump. This was somehow treated as a big deal by the media, even though he opposed Trump in 2016. Same goes, reportedly, for former President George W. Bush. We get into everything and have the audio for all of it, plus a lot more.

More

On the Friday video interview edition of the Daily Daily Caller Podcast we talk with former federal prosecutor, Fox News contributor, and best-selling author of “Ball of Collusion: The Plot to Rig an Election and Destroy a Presidency,” about the testimony of former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and the risks of upping of charges in the George Floyd murder case. There are also a lot of insights only someone who’s done the job and knows the law can bring to both of these stories.

More

On today’s podcast we discuss the difference between the way the Tea Party was treated by the media compared to how the rioters are covered now. Ten years ago, the media would find the craziest person in a large group of literally peaceful people and present them as though they represented everyone in attendance, whereas now they proclaim a riotous mob to be “mostly peaceful” while members are smashing windows and attacking people. It’s like saying the Titanic’s journey across the Atlantic was “mostly uneventful,” but everyone just focuses on this one little part of it.
We also talk about how the long knives are out for Saints quarterback Drew Brees after he said he believes kneeling during the national anthem is disrespectful to the flag. LeBron James, who bowed to the communist totalitarians in China when an NBA executive voiced support for Hong Kong protestors, was leading the charge. We have the tape and much more.

More

On today’s podcast we talk about the idea of giving the rioting mob and their media cheerleaders what they’re calling for: a country without police. Not the whole country, just one city; and not forever, for just one night. Given the violence and looting, how well do you think that would go? We also talk with Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services Eric Hargan to get the latest on the pandemic (yes, it’s still happening) and how the government is working to address the side effects of the lockdown on the well.

More

On today’s podcast we cover President Donald Trump’s speech calling for a restoration of order and the left-wing freakout that followed from so-called journalists at CNN. Plus, CNN guest denies any violence from rioters and gets no pushback, and Joe Biden wants to train police to shoot people trying to kill them in the leg. Liberals just keep getting crazier.
