Brady Holmer has a bachelors degree in exercise science from Northern Kentucky University and is currently a graduate student in applied physiology at The University of Florida, where he is conducting research on exercise and cardiovascular health. He is a freelance writer for multiple blogs in addition to his own personal blog, where he writes about exercise, nutrition, and health. He ran cross country in track at the collegiate level and continues to run competitively with his local track club. He likes to cook (but mostly eat), read non-fiction, and listen to his favorite podcasts in his free time.
