Can we put forward questions? I imagine this is one Peter was going to ask: What was Roberts thinking?

Looking forward to listening to this!

(Peter, if you get a chance, whisper to Scalia that there’s no shame in having gray hair.)

Question for Justice Scalia: How does the Court retain its famous collegiality when among the members there are such clear and massive differences in very basic fundamental worldviews? (Less diplomatic phrasing: How do you keep from constantly yelling insults at each other?)

Can’t wait to see that! Awesome! This may be the first time I wished I actually lived in California. I’d jump on tix in a heartbeat.

Hey Yeti — Are you going to be present for on-site engineering? Will Diane be there? Is there any chance we can organize a Rico-table?

Happy to do that. Can you all PM me the names you registered for the lunch under (except Trace) and I’ll have the the Federalist Society put you all at the same table.

Would be nice to have a probing question on the topic of jury nullification.

I’m not versed enough to craft one though.

    Robert Bork is against it.

I can’t remember but I think another Justice was strongly against it…Rehnquist?

I spoke to the Federalist Society this morning. They are happy to accommodate your request to be at the same table. They did ask that you try to arrive on time and then they’ll be able to place you together.
