Susan Rice has written an article in which she argues that we can tolerate a nuclear North Korea, and there are those over at The New York Times who agree. The only reason I know about this article is because my husband reads and comments at the New York Times website; he enjoys venturing into the lion’s den. The folks over at the Times have been getting nuttier and nuttier ever since President Trump (I love saying that) was elected.
Anyway, after reading the article, my husband posted a comment in which explained his view on why we really can’t tolerate a nuclear North Korea. We both knew that he would be attacked (he always is), but a couple of comments surprised me: a couple of commenters suggested that there is no difference between North Korea and Israel.
I am beginning to think that the New York Times comment section should be required reading for everyone; my husband has become far more conservative since he started reading the Times. I don’t know whether that is a coincidence or not, but today he said, when speaking of the people at the Times, “They aren’t right in the head.”
The craziness and stupidity on the left continues to surprise me. Even after all these years. It shouldn’t, but it does.
