From The Police Blotter: I Know You’re Lying, And So Do You

I have to be careful not to use locker room language. Or the roll call rolling of eyes when some political hack from the mayor’s office had a special request for some warm and fuzzy policing. It was always a special moment when some suit, whether it was a politician, or in today’s world, a lecture from some attorney from the DOJ, who attended roll call.

They are not the only experts on working the streets. There are media types who have never spent any time riding with a cop. They all have one thing in common. I don’t remember them helping me in a wrestling match, or in a fight at 0200 hours on the street. I don’t remember them being with me when someone was spitting on me or trying to bite me while making an arrest.

Come to think of it, I don’t remember them with me when I was telling someone that a loved one passed away due to an accident, a welfare check suicide, or the result of a crime.

The new lie is that Republicans have defunded the police. That’s some bold BS, I’m trying to control myself here. I’ll give you a preview of some more to come: The next claim will be that crime is actually decreasing.

Well, it is decreasing because the Soros prosecutors’ are refusing to prosecute criminals. No bail required, charges dismissed, refusing to prosecute reduces the crime stats.

What a wonderful world.

After the anti school board movement gets off the ground thanks to CRT, the next target, politically, should be the Soros prosecutors. I think San Fran is about to flush one down the drain; LA may be next. Ironically, Gascon in LA was SF’s last prosecutor before the communist was elected.  I know they are in St. Louis, Philly and probably other places. Is Portland one?

It is. The sad thing is that a city cannot survive a lack of civil order. Sadder still is that the poorer neighborhoods will be the most at risk with a lack of good proactive policing.

And the poorer neighborhoods will be even angrier at the wealthier neighborhoods since it’s the wealthier neighborhoods who believe or have been propagandized to believe that “defund the police” is a good thing.

It almost makes sense that the police are being de-funded.

In San Francisco, shop lifting is tolerated.  After all, who among us  could possibly decide that what is being lifted from the stores’ inventory might not be a necessity? People need to eat, and they need to drink, and designer shoes might be  the only thing that fills the hole in some poor drug dealing misfit’s idea of what makes life worthwhile.

Of course, now various shopping outlets are pulling their stores from that city. It seems that when neighborhood scoundrels grab at the inventory all day long without paying, eventually some corporate bean counter  gets the idea that the stores are not gonna be profitable.

In San Francisco, it has also been debated that there is a new law needed on the books – a law that stipulates that anyone who makes a criminal complaint against another human being deserves to face criminal charges themselves if the person being complained about is a person of color.

911 Dispatch: “What is your emergency?
Woman’s voice: “Three thugs just broke into my home. These men — they shot and maybe killed my husband? I was coming up the stairs to my home when they were coming down them.  Oh God, Oh God, Jack has no  pulse!”

Dispatch: “Can you  describe the men you saw?”

Woman: “I better not. My husband is dead, and I am now all my two teenagers have for a  parent. If I now describe the perps in detail, my kids will have no one. I’m keeping my mouth shut!”

So see – no need for policing! Since many crimes are now legal or semi-legal, police might not be that necessary. Welcome to the United States of Chaz.

There was some quality doublespeak by Psssssaki in the last few days, talking about “defunding the COPS program“, assuming most folks wouldn’t pick up on something that’s 20+ years old, and Biden had a hand in creating.

The crime will be spun as Republicans fault.  It’s happening now, on CNN.

I’m just surprised that Democrats aren’t claiming that Republicans want to fund white cops exclusively.  If you’re going to lie, why hold back?  And accusing Republicans of racism is the favorite claim in the Democratic playbook.

The lie has to fit in the window of current opinion and sentiment. The vanguard has to soften the battlespace before any particular lie will be successful. There probably are people of the left trying to tell that particular lie right now, but it won’t take off until other lies are established, that can support it.

I’m no good at predicting which of their lies will take off tomorrow.

What they do seems obvious and superficial but they won or stole the last election in spite of a Republican in the White House,  with a dysfunctional semiliterate senile old man as their candidate and many still think Republicans will win the next.  I don’t think we’ve come to grips who we’re dealing with.  They are totalitarians supported by opportunists with  support from millions of ignoramuses and the Chinese willing to weigh in against the least resistance.

There is also the matter that it never happens that Wolf or Anderson or Rachel mention how the majority of murders taking place in America’s largest cities are committed by gang members using guns despite very strict local anti-gun laws.
